ALL DEPOSITS FOR APPOINTMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.Any money deposited with Evil By The Needle Custom Tattoo & Piercing Studio. including deposits for services provided by Evil By The Needle and/or its tattoo artists, are non-refundable at the time of deposit. Any deposits may be transferred or apportioned at the sole discretion of Evil By The Needle. Appointments can be rescheduled or transferred with 48 hour notice. If you call within the 48 hour time period to cancel or reschedule, your deposit stays on file and is not refunded, due to the fact all deposits are non-refundable. Not showing up for your appointment results in loss of deposit and will require an additional deposit to re-book. Cancelled appointments without 48 hour notice will result in loss of deposit. No appointments are booked without a deposit. If you do not understand the deposit policy do not book an appointment, you have the choice to walk-in for a tattoo. As always we value your business and thank you for considering our studio. Must be 18 years or older with a valid ID (drivers license or passport0). Generally we work by appointment only. To book an appointment or inquire about an artist availability please call the shop @ 812-333-6033. We require a $50.00 deposit when scheduling. Deposits are deducted from the price of your tattoo at the time of service. Appointments must be changed by phone only (not email, Myspace, Facebook, Twitter etc). Our studio is not responsible for any communication and/or reference sent to individual artists emails, etc. only those sent through the studio.
